Airtex Solutions offers blow molded cases now with two options: our Solutions Standard Series and, coming soon, our NEW Solutions Apex Series with enhanced features. The new Solutions Apex Series has an over-molded handle for superior plastic carrying case comfort along with a new latching system that enhances the ease of operation. As an option we also have a divider/door system that will allow you to utilize the lid more efficiently while keeping the contents of your hardshell case in the top and bottom of the plastic case separated.

For protective hardshell plastic cases, blow-molded technology offers a durable low cost solution. With unlimited sizes and custom interiors available, we can customize the carrying case to your products' specifications.

All of our blow-molded cases are manufactured using HDPE (high-density polyethylene) which is known for its toughness and chemical resistance. As well as the plastic carrying case, the handle and latches are also manufactured from HDPE to ensure the working components have the strength and longevity for long-term operation.

As with the soft-sided cases, the blow-molded cases can also be manufactured with a custom foam or plastic interior to fit your parts securely. With a recessed area on the top of the hardshell case it provides a great place to adhere a custom label. This feature provides an easy way to identify the contents and promote your company and your brand.
