Airtex Solutions Return Policy

Aluminum cases may be returned to Airtex Solutions per approval. You will not be credited if case is returned without prior approval. If returning a case because of manufacture defect, you can receive full credit or a replacement case excluding freight charges. If the case is damaged in transit, a claim must be made with the freight carrier within one week. If the case is returned for any other reason, there is a 15% re-stocking charge, and the case MUST come back in original condition and original packaging to receive full credit for the case excluding freight. Please note that the customer is accountable for the return freight to Airtex Solutions for all cases unless otherwise specified.

Custom cases or foam that is made specifically to your product are non-returnable or non-cancellable after production has begun. If your custom foam does not fit your product due to an error on Airtex Soutions side we will happily fix the problem at our expense. If the product does not fit into the custom foam due to an error on the customers end we will fix the issue but at the customers expense. It is very important to check your dimensions prior to providing them to ensure you will get the accurate fit for your device or devices.
